What do we do?

We advise a wide range of companies, firms, individuals and public bodies in the UK and from overseas on Commercial, Company and Insolvency Law. In addition to advising on the structures of businesses, we assist both in forming Agreements and in conducting (or avoiding) disagreements. Our Litigation work covers a wide spectrum of business life. We have considerable experience in the various routes to dispute resolution from the alternatives such as arbitration to litigation in the higher courts. We have particular expertise in the fields of construction, professional negligence claims and tax litigation as well as in more general commercial disputes.

Although not part of the mainstream of the practice, some aspects of Employment, Trust and Intellectual Property Law are also covered, often as an offshoot of the rest of our work.

We do not deal with Conveyancing, Immigration, Criminal or Family Law nor do we undertake Legal Aid work.
