Who are we?

We are a small and commercially-focussed company of solicitors practicing in Central London. We have many years of experience in the work that we do and worked together before forming this practice in 2001. We became an authorised limited company in March 2011.

Michael Welch qualified in 1972 and is a commercial lawyer. Midge Lewis qualified in 1985 and is a commercial litigator.
